Why did you join USG?
From the guest policy, to the lack of access to sexual health items, there were a lot of issues that my friends and I had that we wanted to see fixed. I was passionate about these issues, as were they, so I decided that the best way to do something to address these issues would be to run for Senate and fix them myself.
What are you hoping to accomplish this year?
I want to bring Adirondack chairs to Eddie’s and bring the chocolate fountain back to the caf. I also want to work to lift the guest policy, end the 3:30 Rule that prohibits guests from staying over, bring sexual health items to the Student Health Center, increase awareness and availability of gender-neutral bathrooms, and keep the cafeteria open until AT LEAST 11 PM.
