Why did you join USG?
DAC was one of the first extracurriculars I joined my freshman year and it quickly became a safe space for me. I’m looking forward to leading DAC and forwarding all the work my two phenomenal predecessors in this role have accomplished. I feel so honored to continue DAC’s legacy at Fordham!
What are you hoping to accomplish this year?
I plan to have our cultural competency training expanded fully across all campuses to as many students as possible. I plan to facilitate mandatory training for all DAC members so that everyone is able to help lead these trainings that are so special because of how rare peer-to-peer facilitation is when it comes to DEI conversations. Additionally, I plan to expand Bronx Appreciation Week to twice per year, and I would like to expand DAC’s programming on campus as a whole. I am very excited for the year ahead!
Where are you originally from?
Hartsdale, NY
What was your top song of 2021?
Miss Me by Drake
What is your favorite thing about Fordham?
This may be trite but it is so true for me- the Jesuit education (AMDG!). I never anticipated being a Theology major but here I am :).
