Why did you join USG?

I joined USG because I believe in Fordham’s full potential, whether that be academically, socially or athletically. More than anything, I have nothing but love for the Fordham and it is with that same love and compassion that I chose to run for senate. Before campaigning, I asked myself what I could do to not only be involved on campus and ask more of myself, but also form more meaningful connections with those around me. USG answered the call and I am more than ready to get to work! Go Rams!

What are you hoping to accomplish this year?

My main initiative for this year is to ensure that all students have access to clean drinking water within their dorms; this is a growing concern specifically in freshman residence halls. With that, I have my heart set on making Fordham more environmentally friendly; what more can we do as an institution to help our planet? I think Fordham has the potential to set an example for other schools across the country. A healthy body fosters a healthy mind, and the is why I intent to work closely with the Dining Hall Committee to ensure healthier and better tasting food options while expanding our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Finally, as a personal goal, I hope to reach out to the Fordham community more and get the opportunity to meet more classmates and peers. If you see me around, please say hi!
