Why did you join USG?

I joined USG in the fall of 2018 because I wanted to become an advocate for my class. I had met so many incredible students in the class of 2021 over my first year at Fordham, and I wanted to represent them in a meaningful way. Through my position as a Senator, I will bring to light all concerns and questions that arise from my peers. In addition, my experience being a member of the Gabelli’s Dean’s Council allowed me to see the inner workings of proposed change at the University. I want to take that knowledge and apply it to United Student Government and the university as a whole.

What are you hoping to accomplish this year?

I am Junior Co-Chair for Gabelli’s Dean’s Council, in which I hope to continue the excellence and integrity of the Dean’s Council. Through this committee, I aspire to increase promotion and awareness of the Gabelli events, as well as to suggest academic improvements to the business curriculum. Additionally, I am a member of USG’s House and Budget Committees, where I help clubs with their suite allocations and budget requests.
