Why did you join USG?
I think USG already does great work, but it has immense untapped potential. Hopefully, with the help of my peers, we can usher in a new wave of change through United Student Government, changing the Rose Hill campus for the better. Us USG members serve as the voice for our classmates, and we have a duty to represent them properly. If we are up to the task and fulfill that duty properly, who knows the limits we can go to as a force for change at this school.
What are you hoping to accomplish this year?
The platform I ran on was one that was essentially built by my peers. It focused specifically on providing more resources to students when they need them the most. Things like free access to contraceptives and quality menstrual products, along with implementing a “survivor’s advocate” position in public safety, are all among my top ideas to implement this year in USG.

What is your favorite thing about Fordham?
My favorite thing about Fordham is how engaged our students are in our community. We all look out for each other and want to see each other succeed!
